Q. Do you allow the use of FrontPage?

A. Yes, we support the FrontPage server extensions and the ability for you to publish and maintain your site using FrontPage. However, we do not recommend this method. It is a stopgap solution for beginners and small sites. Eventually you need a more professional site and at least use a more professional publishing method if not learn html yourself.

Q. Do you offer tech support?

Q. Do you support a Macintosh?

A. Sure. Just use Fetch or Interarchy as your FTP program, or create your site with BBEdit. We use only Macs in our own web site creation work.

Q. Do you support even Windows for site creation and browsing?

A. You should be able to use editors, site creation tools, and FTP programs that are Windows based to manage your site, yes.

Q. What if I do not want to handle the technical support phone calls for the hosting accounts that I resell?

A. The reseller price is for resellers that plan on handling their own technical support. For those that choose not to take technical support tickets, we recommend you simply refer customers to us as an affiliate. We will give you a month's extension on your own hosting for every customer who signs up from your reference.

Q. What kind of support will you provide?

A. If you have a question or problem concerning your web site, the Internet, our servers, or our services, we are available. We provide the start up configuration, all the necessary documentation, and all the technical expertise.

Q. Why don't you offer live support?

A. We're a small company, and have other enterprises, as well as other interests. We can answer support requests within 24 hours except on Sundays. If you need immediate answers to your questions, and cannot wait, you'll have to host elsewhere. Check before you do, however, because many companies that have a "live support" icon on their sites do not actually monitor it very often.
